Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. We must have all funds and paperwork before the vehicle will be released for delivery or shipping.

- Bank transfer
- 3rd-party financing

Please note, if paying by wire transfer, we do not release our wire transfer information directly to clients. You must provide a contact at your bank at the time of sale.

Fees and Taxes:

Buyer responsible for shipping costs, applicable taxes and registration fees as well as $385 processing fee.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

All buyers are responsible for .17% Virginia Gross Receipts Tax.
